Based in the heart of Lancashire we are on the search for a new Franchise Talent Acquisition Manager to help continue our growth within our franchise network in the UK, Ireland & USA

Our Sales Geek franchisees are experienced sales leaders with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience. Their role is predominantly to deliver our award winning Your Sales Director service for small businesses in their area. You can find out more about this service here: –

Our prospective franchisees are highly experienced sales leaders that are looking for a fresh challenge. They have the drive and ambition to grow and scale a business and create something of value. Often they are looking to give back to their community and put their skills, talents and knowledge to good use. Your role will be to find and recruit the next generation of Sales Geeks across the UK and beyond.

Requirements

  • Are you a confident self-starter with an impressive ability to build rapport with people quickly and a willingness to go above and beyond for a sale?
  • Are you a high energy, enthusiastic and sales driven individual?
  • Do you have proven experience in Sales or Business Development?
  • Do you have strong presenting and negotiation skills?
  • Do you have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience?
  • Do you have a strong background in recruitment?
  • Do you have experience operating in a franchise organisation? (desirable)
  • Are you self-driven and performance-orientated?
  • Do you want to change the way the world perceives sales?

What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with the Senior Management team, you will drive our expansion effort by identifying and attracting prospective Sales Geek Franchisees.
  • You will be in charge of the entire sales recruitment process; from initial enquiry to qualifying leads, to pitching, interviewing and contracting.
  • You will work closely with other internal teams such as Operations, Marketing and Training
  • You will use a consultative selling approach focussed on building relationships.
  • You will need to be awesome at listening and matching your approach with your audience’s requirements and values.
  • You will have a sales background and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • You will focus on our core business values and deliver our business proposition clearly and authentically
  • You will be able to successfully outline the features and benefits of owning a Sales Geek franchise business.
  • You will understand and be able to clearly communicate the Sales Geek story, how we lead this sector and stand out from the competition
  • You will successfully convert sales leads provided by the marketing team as well as those you generate yourself.
  • You will research and source the best talent to sell our franchise opportunity
  • You will meet potential franchisees (video meetings), understand their motivation and potential ability to run a franchise business, review their business plan and manage their expectations.
  • You will present webinars, and attend networking and trade events
  • You will oversee the administration of the joining process, including applications, interviews, contracts and organising payment with relevant teams.
  • You will work to sales targets whilst taking into consideration our need for ‘quality over quantity’ to ensure high standards are maintained and avoid future issues.
  • You will have a confident attitude and the ability to lead groups and conduct presentations
  • You will be organised with the ability to work multiple workloads at any time.
