As a contracted customer we will need to obtain information from you to provide a service. This information will include.

- A general overview of your business for analyse purposes, these may include, Staff count, Sales functions, Business revenue, turnover, P&L, cashflow, Supply chain, Outsourced providers, Current Systems and Practices.

- Any paper copies are kept within a secure locked filing cabinet

Who we share Data with

- Outsourced CRM provider: We rely on support to ensure our system is updated and functional. This requires expertise from an outsourced provider that can have access to this system for maintenance support and updates.
- IT support: We rely on an outsourced IT support team who remotely monitor our computer and antivirus services. In the event of technical issues, they can be expected to have remote access to our computers. This is to ensure our computers are compliant and working efficiently.
At SalesGeek Limited we do not share data to third parties for marketing purposes nor send data outside the EEA.
- Our Legal Basis

- Monitoring purposes from website usage
- Professional development in terms of Customer relationships and Services offered

- Promoting our service and business branding.
- Responding to customer enquiries, contact requests.

Processing your data is necessary for any Customer entering into a contract with us; Our two main services, Your Sales Director and Your Sales Trainer both require a written Service Specification which will include the timeframe which a Customer will work with SalesGeek Limited and items such as cost, and expectations of the service provided.
If you are not satisfied with any of our legitimate interests, you have the right to object in certain circumstance (see the section headed ‘your rights’ below)
- Data retention
Even if we delete your Data, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

You have the following rights in relation to your Data:
