What ambitions do you have for the future of the network, (please detail if you have any domestic or international expansion plans)?

What are your plans for the next 5 years, and what targets are you looking to achieve?

International franchise growth is central to our mission to “change the way the world perceives sales.” Our five-year target is our 30 for 30 initiative: 30 Master Franchises in 30 territories by 2030.

Currently, we have Master Franchises in the UK, 12 US states, India, GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & UAE) and Malaysia (launched July 2025). Master Franchises act as regional HQs, recruiting & supporting local Sales Geek franchisees to deliver our suite of services, including the award-winning Your Sales Director. We apply the UK model globally, tailoring business structures to fit culture & pricing in each market.

Planned Master Franchise regions: Africa (3), North America (15), Mexico & Central America (3), South America (3), Asia (6), Europe (6), Middle East (2), Oceania (1).

Since 2020, our Geeks have managed $6bn in client revenue & trained 12,000+ sales professionals. In the UK alone, franchisees have added £10.5m in revenue for small business clients this year. By generating additional revenue for our clients, we will alleviate some of the pressures on our small business clients worldwide. Our own growth will generate local investment, jobs & wealth, while inspiring the next generation of sales leaders. The goal is that through our services, training and mentoring, we will d the next generation of sales leaders and entrepreneurs, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to make an impact in the companies they work for, elevating their career paths and guiding their decision-making so they are empowered to help us “change the way the world perceives sales” together.

What ambitions do you have for the future of the network, (please detail if you have any domestic or international expansion plans)?

We made our first forays into the international market in 2023, launching two Master Franchises in the USA. Since then, we have launched three more, covering a total of 12 states, with nine franchisees currently operating. After launching our Indian Master Franchise in July 2024, we now have 5 Geeks across the country with another 4 due to start in November. Sales Geek Malaysia launched in July and Sales Geek Scotland launched in September.

As stated, our five-year plan is to have 30 Master Franchises in 30 territories across the world by 2030. Our target for the UK is to achieve full coverage of 50 franchisee territories by 2028. We are well on our way to reaching that target, but there are still large territories we need to recruit in, including North East England and the South Coast where we will be focussing our recruitment energies over 2025/26

Central to our recruitment plans is the Sales Geek Solo Franchise opportunity (see L8.1). This sits alongside our existing franchise offer, featuring a much narrower set of products, all supporting sales and business mentorship. The lower-investment entry point is designed to attract more exceptional sales talent into the network. It opens opportunities in markets where a full Scale-up Franchise model may not yet be viable, provides crucial support and assistance for growing franchise areas and creates a scalable growth path while giving SMEs access to world-class expertise they could not otherwise afford. Mentoring is a burgeoning market worth £1.6 billion and is appealing to prospective clients as a proven method for helping businesses grow their people and their bottom line. As our original Sales Geek franchise base grows, scales and matures, we expect the Solo Franchise offer to grow alongside it.

Are you planning on introducing new products or services, create new brands or improve the experiences of franchises and customers?

At Sales Geek we constantly refine our product suite to ensure franchisees deliver services that are relevant, commercially viable & client-focused. Alongside this, we regularly introduce new products to help them win clients, add value to existing relationships & retain legacy business.

A major milestone is the launch of Your Sales Mentor (See L8.2), a product shaped by client feedback and piloted by three UK franchisees last year. Your Sales Mentor is designed to be a transformative force in sales leadership, providing invaluable guidance & support, and propelling individuals to reach their full potential. It quickly became a cornerstone of our franchisees’ offering, enhancing client experience & significantly improving client retention.

This package not only strengthens the network’s offer but also forms the basis of a new Mentoring Franchise model – Sales Geek Solo. The model provides a lower-investment entry point designed to attract exceptional talent into the network. It opens opportunities in markets where a full Scale-up Franchise may not be viable & offers additional resource for established franchisees. Most importantly, it creates a scalable growth path for the brand while giving SMEs access to world-class expertise they could not otherwise afford

To enhance experiences, we gather continuous feedback. Our Franchise Advisory Board (F.A.B.) channels insights directly into leadership decisions, recently prompting the more regular celebration of individual wins via our fortnightly internal podcast.

For clients, we use surveys & QR-coded feedback in training sessions, analysed by HQ to inform product development & marketing. This ensures every innovation is grounded in real franchisee & customer needs.
