Sales Geek began with a single service — Your Sales Director™ — which remains our flagship. Today, we have four core products: Your Sales Director, Your Sales Trainer, Your Sales Mentor & the Sales Geek Academy. Our portfolio has expanded to 15 complementary services, adding client value while leveraging franchisee expertise. Q6.1
New Products
As franchises mature, we launch new services to help them win fresh clients & retain legacy ones within our Geeky framework. These include leadership & compliance training plus diagnostic tools to maintain client value. Most recently, Your Sales Mentor™ has become a cornerstone of our client offer. Q6.2
Solo Franchise
Our new Solo Franchise enables established franchisees to recruit talent into their teams, accessing the best training & mentoring while creating a revenue stream instead of extra costs. L6.1

CRM & Proposal System
Our CRM manages network-wide leads, contacts & clients while HQ handles contracts & invoicing. Leads are automatically assigned to territories. Our interactive proposal system, fully integrated with CRM, allows real-time client feedback, streamlining operations end to end.
How is the franchise encouraging CSR/ESG?
Sales Geek embeds CSR across its network, supporting charities & community initiatives at both national & local levels. Our national partner, Cash for Kids, benefits from franchisees training regional teams to improve commercial understanding & community engagement, while some also assist with key events such as Mission Christmas & deliver sales training at the charity’s national conference. We are also developing a sales curriculum at FE level in partnership with Bauer Media, giving young people a foundation in ethical sales practices.
Locally, we are directly supporting the donations team at the Manchester offices of the Kings Trust to become more commercially astute and focussing on growing key accounts for donations
Sales HQ supports charities such as Blackburn Youth Zone & Blackpool Empowerment Charity, providing training, mentoring & fundraising support. Franchisees independently engage in sponsorships, charitable projects & fundraising, including four Geeks completing the London Marathon this year, raising over £15,000 for their chosen causes.

InVideo AI enables us to produce high-impact video content in days, enriching learning journeys & events with faster, more relevant materials.
Behind the scenes, tools like Microsoft Copilot automate reporting, speed up content drafting & streamline campaign analysis, freeing up more consultancy time to focus on our clients. By shifting routine work to AI, we’ve increased output without headcount growth at HQ, reduced turnaround times for clients and franchisees & strengthened our ability to scale.
