Tim brought Sales Geek to Cornwall on a mission to change the way the world perceives sales, trading the old transactional clichés for an ethical, customer-first approach that builds trust rather than chasing quick wins. He works with small businesses across the county, giving them access to top-level sales talent through a fractional Sales Director without the cost of a full-time hire. Away from the day job he sponsors local cyclist Tom Hocking, currently leading the South West Series, flying the Geek flag on two wheels as well as in the boardroom.
