He believes business should feel human, not pushy or transactional, and spends as much time asking difficult questions and challenging assumptions as he does teaching technique. Away from work he's a rowing coach and Olympic weightlifting coach with an obsession for the perfect lawn, so if your business needs the same discipline in its pipeline that he brings to his garden, he's your man.
