Hayden's journey to Geekdom began in engineering, with a career highlight of working on the Aston Martin DB7, which in our view makes him part James Bond, double oh three and a half. His 20+ years of senior sales experience ranges from running hugely successful bars to growing business into new markets, including selling parts into the military for Challenger Tanks and for Ocado's warehouse robots. Away from work he's hung up his football boots and now spends his time watching his daughter tread the boards at Wakefield Royal Theatre.
